Founded by Aisha Camara, Beyond Chess Moves was created from the belief chess can be more than just a game. It is a powerful educational tool that encourages young minds to think critically, make thoughtful decisions, develop confidence, and approach challenges with patience and determination.

Beyond Chess Moves was founded on the belief that every child deserves access to meaningful educational experiences that they will carry with them into adulthood. Through chess, we will nurture their potential, expand their opportunities, and prepare them for success both on and off the chessboard.
